Bucky
Bucky was a project completed in collaboration with Mothercare.
The projected stemmed from the observation that there seemed to be a severe lack of public amenities for children in inner city London. Bucky was an attempt to create an indoor playground.
The triangles which contain embedded magnets can be stuck together to form structures and dens. When play time is over, the kids have gone to bed and what is left of the house can be recovered by weary parents, Bucky can be laid flat and walked over or stacked in a corner.
